RE: Anyone have a good contact at Cuddeback
Well I called the number and got a bunch of recordings for different departments. I got to part of the message that gave an email contact.. Well after 4 days still no response to the email.
I will have to call and actually talk to someone. One thing I can't stand is poor customer service. I'm starting to think I bought from the wrong company. I'm not a very patient person when it comes to things like this. I'll give them one more oppourtunity to show they are worth supporting. If not there are alot of other companies to buy trail cams from.
