How can WMI tell us were we need to go if they dont know where we currently are or have been in recent years? Pike

That subject
should be part of what the audit examines.
Lets not forget that the last time the PGC was examined by an outside source, significant room for improvement was found. Why should we not at least wait till it's done before picking it apart?
Im not picking anything apart, just asking how can WMI or any outside firm do their job if they do not have the proper data from the start?
Also a while back bluetick posted on HPA. and outline of what the audit was going to cover and current and past DD. and what the proper DD. should be wasnt included. Pike
