Well there is actually 3 of them.

QAD Ultra rest hunter- The cheap one.
QAD Ultra rest Pro LD- Expensive one without the dampener in it.
QAD Ultra rest Pro HD- Expensive one with the dampener in it.

I have the LD and it is kind of noisy but not terrible. The HD is a little quieter but not much so I didn't switch to it. WCL
