The show "Dirty Jobs" recently featured a guy who creates floating islands for wetland improvementand effluent abatement utilyzing discarded plastic pop bottles, pretty interesting concept and costs nothing more than the labor to gather them and a bit of netting material. Seemed like a worthwhile endeavor.
