That's what I was thinking. I would think that if you had a decoy that you could turn from side to side and open and close the fan, it would be a real killer. i saw somewhere, that someone adds a spring to the "leg" and attaches some cord to make the hen decoy tip down and "feed", that makse sense.
Ok, so they can see movement real good, but for the most part are stupid?
