I do not know if he put together anything formal or not but JeffB had a 2003 Cybertec that he was playing extensively with this year. I do believe he sold it but it did impress him enough to keep it for a good 8 or 9 months...
My guess on your speed would be a little more liberal. If you were shooting a bare string with nothing on but a tied on nockset then I think something in the 290 fps range would be attainable. However, most of us rarely just have a tied-on nockset on the string. With a typical peep sight, loop or nockset/ebutton combo along with some string silencers I would guess something in the 275 fps range.
