Theoretically I would say " no" . You are slightly shortening the draw length by adjusting the draw stop peg but you are also lowering the letoff. The first decreases speed but the second normally increases it. On other bows I have found that the two usually cancel out each other' s effects on speed. Other aspects of the bow' s performance usually are not affected.
