You may not like my response but here goes. When a deal starts out bad it usually ends up bad. I would not buy the rifle from him, he is trying to beat you. I would register a complaint with the auction house. What is his reputation?? and how many transactions does he have on the auction site?? You know what they say---Garbage in-garbage out.
