I know just what your talking about 40, it's hard to take something like calling, and say this is the only way to do it. Every guy has a different idea, not that either is wrong.

A couple three year ago I went calling with a cousin of mine, he had killed dogs before too, but I think he over-called. I was using an E-caller, October, cold, and wet. First seires of calling a dog shows up right in front of us, 200yds out. I started to lip squeek at it, took a few steps towards us, and this clown goes full out with a little hand call. Needless to say me, and the dog came unglued, I could not belive he thought that was the thing to do.
