Dang., I was down the local gun shop this evening and there was a T/C Omega there on the used rack. Camo stock, stainless barrel. Breach wrench was sitting on the counter so I unscrewed it and looked down the bore. Perfect condition. Then the tag.....$300.00.
It took some doing but I managed to put the breach plug back in and putit back on the rack. I really don't need another ML. Then I walk over to the rack with the new guns and there sets a Ruger #1 in .45-70. Man, the good Lord was really testing me tonight....but I walked out with nothing more than an bag of 180 gr 10mm bullets for my .45.
