I've never shot one of their bows but they're super people to deal with. I talked with them at the SHOT show this year and they gave me one of their new quivers, the thing is really nice. I also picked up a pre-fit recoil pad for my Remington 700 and it didn't fit because I have an older style stock. I called them up and asked if I sent it back would they sent me one for my 870, they told me to wait until I get the new one before I sent the old one back, that the shipping label will be in the box. They sent the new one expess mail, Washington to Florida in two days. Great customer service.
