personally if any hunter came on to my land whether it was to track down a wounded deer or if to get their dogs I would not mind. I would just want that hunter to respect my property. No game animal sits down and says " I belong on this side of a fence or border line" so it is understandable. However it would no be prudent to just come on my land hunt and then try and tell me you were tracking a deer which happens more than not.
