RE: GoldTip Bolt Nock ?
Maybe you can use another co.s nock. Here's what was posted on Excal forum.
"I picked this tip up from the Gold Tip catalog. For those of us that don't want to glue our nocks in the shafts, to make it easier to remove them for refletching, try this. Get a plastic bag, the type they use at grocery store, the marts and most other places these days. Then place the bag over the protion of the nock that goes into the shaft and press the shaft down on the assembly. Trim the excess bag material from around the nock, and you're done.
Now before some say this won't work, I have been doing this for quite a while. The nocks stay in place, no problem. To remove nock, screw a tip in the nock, grasp with pliers, and pull out. Some are so tight I clamp the tip in a vise so I can use 2 hands. No, you won't be able to use some of the arrow removal tools designed to screw in the nock, but there are better arrow removal tools out there.
This also allows the use of nocks from different manufacturers that may be too small for the shaft. I like it, and will continue to install my nocks with this method."
