In the morning my dad's freind (who is an outstanding turkey hunter) is taking me out to go for the day. We are leaving my house about 5:00-5:15 and gonna go out and locate some I know how to get on the birds just when I get on them I don't know what to do from there I have got lucky enough to kill a few birds one gobbler 10" beard 1" spurs by myself I was going to get it mounted but while I was cleaning it my STUPID FREAKING dog took it out in the yard and chewed the top part of the beard off (where I cut it off with a little meat on it) I have saved it alittle bit by evening it all up and eletrical taping the beard but itdon't look even close to right and o weel I still wanna cry lol but I will mount the first bird I call in and no lol my dogs arent starving. Heres the picture of my first gobbler and hopefully not my last but I would love so much if I could call one in maybe I will.
