Thank y'all for the compliments. And Tyler, I'm with ya, I despise pigs, they are way too destructive for the size that they are. The top one wasn't to hairy, but the other two were terrible. And the only parts that are worth taking off pigs IMO, are the backstraps. Occaisonally tenderloins if I am feeling extremely productive. But I hate guttin those things, they wreak somethin aweful.
