It looks like you are on the fringe edge of the spine chart for the 5575s. With a 28.5" draw I will assume you are shooting an arrow that is between 27.5 and 28" long. Based on that with a 100gr point, the charts indicate the upper range of the 5575 and the lower range of the 7595.

Try backing your draw weight down to like 70# and see if that helps your arrow flight. If it does, you are probably underspined and need to think about a stiffer shaft.
