I'd at minimum go to a dealer and see what your draw length will be and see how comfortable you are at the different draw weights...that will help let you know if the bow will "fit"

More important than the brand a used bow is would be knowing who owned it and how that person treats their equipment, how honest they are, etc., etc.
No way I'd buy any bow from a total stranger unless I at leasthad feedback from others. Check the classifieds on the Archery forums.
That's a great place to start looking for a used bow.
