Let us know what is left at sportsmans warehouse i can get there in 45 min. but was wondering what was left down there.
Stuff was flying off the shelves like Walmart at Christmas time. Lots of bare shelving. I only fondled a couple of muzzleloaders, nothing I was intersted in, Knight Big Horn black/stainless with a thumbhole stock for $230. I don't think these will shoot 209 primers but maybe can be converted??? Those was all they had in black powder. I did get 3 cards of Nosler Partition .451 300gr with sabots 10 count for 9.99. Not that great of a deal but I bought the last three they had just to try them out. No XTP's or Speer Gold Dots. A Kershaw lockback knife made in the USA 3.5 blade they clam retails for $60 got it for $30, and some wool hunting socks. I was told they increased the price on stuff before the discounting sale (most places do) but I think I did OK. At Darrel's in Cayuga he was pretty empty on the shelves as well. I got there an hour before closing and he said earlier they were three lines at his counter with 10-15 people in each line.He said it's been this way every Saturday since Obama Longa Ding Dong got in office. He only had 3 Encore's, again something I wasn't interested in. I was wanting to find a Triumph. Ialso handled a H&R Ultra Slug Hunter in 12 gauge, that thing is like swinging a club. I'm interested in getting one in 20 gauge for my son. He took my number and will call when one comes in. He's got 8 on order. All in all it was a nice day for a drive, bought a few goodies, and spent time with my son. I'd do this every Saturday if I could.
