That's a tough one. Check out some of the big box stores in your area. You can make the ones with higher windows work for archery. You just have to adjust your shooting position.
I have shot a bow out of all sorts of blinds. You can make it work if you want to bad enough. Bottom line is you really get what you pay for in a blind, but sometimes the $$ aren't there and I understand that.
