Well I tried it. I soaked it overnight in milk and removed all the fat. Removing the fat wasnt as hard as I thought, just run in hot water and it should all peel off. I then boiled for 45 minutes with salt and pepper and then baked in a pan of bbq sauce for an hour and half. It tasted better, but still like crap! LOL Next time I will try the salt water/vinegar solution.
