IMO an unloaded gun is useless.
if you cant trust yourself carrying a loaded gun, then you probably should choose a different gun to carry or not carry one.
a good shooter would have you disabled long before you draw and get a round into the chamber and make an accurate shot.
just my opinion...theres a ton more out there im sure...
