Hevi-13 3" 2oz #6's, or Hevi-13 3.5" 2.25oz #6's should do well out of that choke.
Nitro straight #7's or 4x5x7's in either the 3" or 3.5" version will beat any manufactured shell out there, but if you would like to handload you might try some TSS #9's or #10's.
