I've been saying forever its about the hunters, we are the ones behind the triggers. All the whining in the world will not bring back a dead deer. A little bit of discipline and a lot of education could bebenefit all.
The closed mindedness is the root of the problem and always will be. On one hand we have the P.G.C. whom fail to make changes in areas where it is quite apparent that a change would be beneficial. But on the other hand we have hunters ,and I use that term loosely, who refuse to realize that they are a very small part of Pa's population yet want complete control over deer numbers.
Middle ground seems to be an unlikely scenario in this quagmire.
