Default RE: Aluminum or Carbon arrows?

No - real hunters are bow hunters. If aluminum arrows have more penetration, then why do all target manufacturers " beef up" " targets to take hits from carbon arrows. I shot aluminum arrows at first, but when I saw the difference in trajectory it made me feel more comfortable shooting carbons. I feel one of the main reasons that carbons are less likely to be purchased by " more experienced" bowhunters is that they already have an arsenal of aluminum arrows. If they like the carbons more than aluminum (and many do) they must justify some way to replace the 7 or 8 dozen aluminums they already own - and that can get expensive! But someone like me who started not long ago it pays BIG TIME[8D].
