GoergiaHunter ...... I went out to pike county last year ... my first trip ..... I' m not going out there with a bow this year but I am booked for a muzzleloader hunt this december .... I' m booked for the second week of the rut hunt there next year for archery ..... I went last year w/ a group of my friends ... 5 guys .... 3 bucks taken and 2 does ..... i didnt shoot one .... I had opportunities but kept holding out for the big-one ..... bottom line ... I saw a ton of deer out there ...... could shoot a doe any day of the week .... had a monster buck behind me my last day but was unable to get a shot at it ...... check into HadleyCreek ..... its not the cheapest place ... but I think you get what you pay for .... they know their stuff ......
