Major Kudos to Johnny B. for staying after this.

Like he has said, the ball is in our court even though we don't have complete control over it.

We have to impress upon them that we have a great safety record. (Better than anglers) And we have to keep it that way. [8D]

We have to be good about fish disposal. (including picking up fish that aren't ours if need be)

And we have to play nice with anyone else using the area. (so there are no complaints about bowfishers)

...in other words, nothing has changed. We have to conduct ourselves as usual.
