been doing this for 38 years and never saw that.
not making fun of you ,just cant see it happening to me but i read it does happen a lot on other forums too.
If you have been shooting for any length of time, you wouldn't ask that question. Remember Murphy? He is always alive and well, especially when it comes to weapons. I have a friend who has been shooting as a skirmisher for over thirty years and he shot his ramrod just last year. All it takes is to get distracted while loading your rifle.
i been shooting for 38 years.
dad bought us all hawkins.50 cal in aug 1970.
in fact, i just ordered 1300 balls and 10 lbs of 3f from grafs/son.
i get around 100 shots per 1 lb can of 3f.
so, you can see i shoot a LOT.
