Donations for Youth Turkey Hunt
We have a special 1 day youth turkey hunt this year in Massachusetts. Our local Sportsman's club has been working w/ the state and allowed us to do a mentor program allowing each of us to take a kid turkey hunting w/out a permit for the 1st time, as long as they have taken the hunter safety course and completed a course we put on yesterday. We have 9 kids w/ turkey savy mentors involved for 1 on 1 hunts coming up for April 25. We are looking for any donations anyone would be willing to give. We have rec'd some mouth calls from HS Strut and a few other assorted calls & head nets. Our local NWTF chapter donated shells.
What we are ideally looking for are turkey fan / beard placques for our successful youth hunters. If anyone knows or has access to any of these for donation, it would be greatly appreciated.
We will be tryingto film as many of the hunts as possible for the boys and put together a short DVD if possible and will be more than happy to share the final dvds with you all.
