Needless to say it was a surprise and hope that his want to settle this is truly genuine. I responded to his email with the following:

Scott,

First, let me start by saying that I appreciate your email to try and clear this up. Secondly, I want to reiterate that have received nothing from via USPS mail, UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other carrier since sending you the money. I purchased a set of 357 dies from a gun show about two months ago and certainly don't need or want another set, so at this point just send me back my money.

When it arrives I will post on the forum.
