Default RE: Which spine arrow?

ORIGINAL: OHbowhntr

I'm on the "unconventional side," but why are you wanting such a short arrow??? If you want that 27" arrow, then you're gonna need to drop a little weight on the tip. Really, the better "dynamic spine" is gonna be with a little longer arrow, and that means you should be looking at something 28-28.5" maybe even 29" long. If you like the ACC's, a 28.5" 3-39 with a 100gr tip will work for the spine, but your FOC is a little low, better would be an ACC 2-49, with a 125gr tip, giving you a 12.25% FOC, with a nearly perfect spine, and an arrow weight of 365-370gr.
Thank You very much! I will look into a longer arrow I guess I don't know why I was looking at shortening my arrow.
