I used that bullet in 2007 and shot 8 deer with it with my Savage, it is a good >>>long range<<<<bullet, but it is exactly .450, so getting a tight fit with BH 209 is gonna take some work. I shot them with MMP12s in my Savage. They do fragment on close bone hit, for that reason I went to a Barnes Origonal, this past season 2008 season. They are too hard, they zip right thru on close shots, dead deer no doubt. So next year I am doing Barnes TSX Flatnose 45843, with somewhere around 53g of 4198 instead of the shoulder killing 67g of 4198, bigmoose showed a 53 grain group with the Parker Hydracon that was like yours all touching at 100 yards. I like the Parkers for accuracy, I dislike the supplied sabot, they are one accurate killing bullet. Why Lehigh, if the PBE work so well?
