Well, there is one thing I can agree with you on, right it right and wrong is wrong. What exactly are you not giving me? Exactly what part did you do other than cash the check and keep the money?

You never sent me the dies after cashing my bank issued cashiers check, you never sent me a refund, and you lied repeatedly when you told me that you were going to contact me with tracking information. Yes, right is right and wrong is wrong. What you did was wrong.

Your first story to me was that you sent the dies to the wrong person and had to get them back. Then your story on this board was you sent them to me with "extra" in them yet I still didn't get them. Then your story, according to DD during this thread, was that you were sending me a refund via registered mail with tracking information and I never received a thing nor was any tracking information ever provided. If you sent me a refund via registered mail I would gladly track it for you. You then told DD recently that you had sent me the dies. When? I have never received a thing from you. No refund, no dies, and no communication. Yup, right is right and wrong is wrong. What you did was wrong. Somehow though, you manage to discuss this situation with DD but yet cannot be bothered to email me, call me, pm me, or send me a refund or the dies.

When you tell people "give it up" it is you that should just give up the stories and dishonesty. I posted here to let other people know to be wary when dealing with you. Your first initial response to me was callous, rude, and completely outrageous for someone that wants to positively deal with people and sell items that, according to you previously, are worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. Your remarks here further show your rudeness and that alone would definitely seal the deal on me never buying anything from someone with that attitude. If the attitude is poor usually the dealings are too in my experience.

By the way, the check that I sent to you was for $30 and not $40 and you reaped the profit in its entirety. If you are feeling that you are in a mess it is a mess of your own creation. The money you took from me provided a valuable lesson in dealing on line and hopefully others will also take away some caution from this as well. It's about integrity and honesty Scott. Period. This is easily rectified in my opinion...stand up, be a man, admit that you never sent the dies or a refund. I've heard story after story from you yet nothing that you have told me has been true. Believe me, it was obvious to me after your first post that nothing would ever arrive. I just hope you have learned something about being an honest seller and that when you take advantage of people they will stand up and say something.

Buyers beware...with anyone.
