Default Updates from way back

Well I need to update. Deer season was a little bit of a let down. I ended up shooting a 130" 3 1/2 yr 8 pt. Would have been a stud this coming season. Sad thing is I knew he was 130" and I still shot him. Oh well here his is

The trail pic of the buck a few days earlier

But by far the best thing that happened last year was watching and filming my fiance Tabitha take here first deer with a bow. My 150 and 170 kills didnt even compare to the excitement and thrill of this hunt. I am one of the luckiest men alive.

All in all it turned out to be a pretty good season.
This spring I have been lucky enough to pick up 8 sheds so far. Most all of them are bucks I know and cant wait to see how they shape up this year.
The first one of the year is from a buck I found the right side of last yr. Last years shed measured out to about 40" as a 2 1/2 yr old. This yrs left side was 57" or so with a busted brow. I walked up on this deer during season bedded with a doe. He's going to be a stud!!

Not going to go through the trouble of showing them all but here are 2 more I was extremely happy to find. The first is a 5 pt side off a buck we call pretty boy. I filmed my little brother miss this dude twice.

This shed might not seem special but man is it to me. This buck is going to be 3 1/2 this yr. I have probably 50 pics of this buck all over the place. He is going to be something special in 2 yrs. He doesnt have a nickname yet but we'll think of something.
