I am setting upa Marlin XL7 in 30-06 and am looking for bullet/grns recommendations. I've beenvery pleased with the Remington CoreLokt, 150 grn soft point with my 30-30 andI am leading towards staying with thatbrand. I suspect should I kick the weight up to 160, 180 or 220? Any advice on the bullet design since this is a bolt action and not a lever action? (i.e., Pointed Soft Point v. Bronze Point® Tipped)
