i haven' t gotten a deer yet, i was able to reload another arrow when i missed that one turkey , but i chose not to take the shot, it was an ify shot......but my sister' s doe last year, well let me tel you.....she got 5 , yes 5 shots off...the first 2 missed all together and then the 3rd one hit it,stomache shot, so she took 2 more......it was an old doe, approx. age was 8 or 9......she was sickly, it was a mercy killing, the tigers across from her got that doe......i wouldnt of wasted the time trying to get meat from it, but the tigers loved it.....
