Its a very good cartridge, actually all cartridges on the 308 case are pretty good for that matter. its very underrated, but i think i would prefer a 140 grain bullet. it will hit harder downrange than a 150 grain 308 bullet will since its a heavy-for-caliber bullet. so in case you had to shoot a little further than 200 yards, the 140 has better downrange ballistics than a 120 grain.
