Mossy, you don't have to be the most experienced hunter in the woods, you just have to do what JW says in his team captain post (get stickers and mail out to team, collect and report team scores, ask for an alternate if hunter kid doesn't show by tomorrow, etc.)If the team is good with it, then its up to you if you want to do it.
