N.O.A.H. is the brain-child of Doc among a few others on AT.com, his basic plan is to create a cyber group to lobby/pettition/write letters/etc. supporting hunters rights, various hunt projects that, etc.

NOAH has an e-mailing list and is potentially going to try to develop into a non-profit organization if the potential is there. First order of business was in regards to hunting in an area in Kansas overrun by deer that many guys attached their electronic signature, and this is sort of the plan for the organization as I understand it right now....
