Dan, I'm really, really thinking hard about trying the LD. EVERYONE seems to love the thing. I may check in with my shop to see if I can do a swap. My thing with the Whammy now is...there is a lot going on with that rest. I've always picked hunting equipment by simplicity because I go with Murphy's law when in the woods....what can go wrong,usually does.
I still like it, but...ah hell I don't know.
