hey guys first off i cant use a rifle to hunt deer in illinois with but if i get the chance to go somwhere i can would a 22-250 be a good round for deer
If you live in Ontario, Canada. It is illegal to use that caliber while deer hunting.

Actually you can. You cant use a .22 rimfire, but .22 centrefires are ok. I wouldnt do it though. .308 for me!

Scroll down to the firearms regs. I dont see any restrictions on centrefire firearms. .223 could also be used.
