Some of you are saying probable cause. Is eating pecans on your way to a stand probable cause? Why was he even coming on the property?The GW should not have even been on the property, unless there has been illegal activity going on. This case is rediculous. I would have definately fought it. I probably would have spoken my mind about the situation to the GW. That probably wouldn't have helped my case, but it would have mademe feel better.At least I don't have to worry about this happening in LA. Baiting deer is perfectly legal.
