I'm not saying that the Turkey federation is not a very deserving organization,they are far reaching and very successful in their mission yet ,giving the first of what should be many Elk tags to them instead of the Elk foundation smells a lot like a skunk was in the wood pile.
They say they are not purposely trying to piss people off,yet they couldhardly find better methods if they were.
