Default RE: good weight control?

if worked!! I found a chunk of aluminum from a bow sight kit i bought some time ago. well i jb welded it together, drilled my holes and out came a threaded insert that i push into the cavity of a HP Powerbelt.

Current tip i like right now fits flush with the nose, i also have one that sticks out a little so it smears across the nose of the bullet upon impact.

One weighs 14 grains and the longer one weighs 17 grains.

I just shot a 295gr powerbelt with the 17gr tip insert and it weighed in at 309grains and came out of my sand box weighing in at 301 grains! Perfect cone shape, Not thin or bendable. This was also done at 58 yards and with 100 grains Pyrodex RS.
