I just recently returned from kansas on a bird hunting trip, but my brother and uncle were bow hunting. In kansas there is alot of good walk on land that changes yearly. Find out what zone you will hunting and get a walk-on map which should show you all the hunting you need. In Kansas big bucks are every where so you shouldnt have to much trouble finding one on some public land. Also talk to some farmers, most will let you hunt for a week or so for a very small fee.
