A $3 mouth call will call a gobbler in just as easy as a $10 mouth call. The turkey can't tell if it's a low end or high end call. It's knowing how to call,when to call and how much to call, and that comes with experience. Some of the higher end calls may sound better to our ears, but to a turkey it really doesn't matter that much.I like the Diamond Cutter and Piggyback Stacked True Triple by Primos. I have many others, but those are my two most used. I'm probably as guilty as most of you by buying calls just to see how they sound, whether I use them or not. If I like how it sounds, I'll keep it, if not, I'll probably throw it away.
