ok laddy's answer me this, why couldn't a stringer be made from some appropriate cord with some simple 2inch or so loops tied (melted)into the ends big enough to pass bow string thru easily. are the blocky thingies really needed???
Apparently Excal thought so. You can probably rig something up, just be careful it doesn't slip and you will have to fight the end loops through those 2" loops once they are stretched by limb pressure.

Think Danny Miller only gets $12-$14 for a safe, adj, factory one, the "A" answer, imo.
