In practice, I was rolling an olive can around the yard at 45 yards. And it would penetrate that can. I have one friend that lives to hunt turkey. He has a number of turkey guns. But he uses a Knight TK 2000 and claimed he can take them at 50 yards any time he wants. That was one reason I bought one.
