The simple fact is the demographics of our society hasn't changed significantly since 2004, but junior licenses sales are still declining despite all the youth mentored programs. You can't convince kids that hunting is fun when they go for days without seeing a deer no matter how many smiley faces you put on.
It's
very easy to convince kids that hunting is fun when the mentor knows how to hunt and puts the kid into situations where he or she sees deer.
Everyone can't afford to have a lease in another state like you.
I was talking strictly about Pennsylvania. I have no problem seeing deer and puttingkids where they see plenty of deer in front of them on public ground in 2F.
