Nice rifle! (and nice glass too)
One question.......why such a high mount for the scope?
Pulled the scope off my Barrett M82A1 and those were the rings that were on it. I replaced the scope on my Barrett with a Nightforce. And I linka like it, makes room for my hands to clear the back bell when operating the bolt.
Gotcha........that scope probably thanks you for that switch.
Like going from a cannon to a BB gun.

Yep, and the Barrett makes an excellent ground squirrel gun.
