If the "too much" you speak of includes accepting that hr is not a significant factor which is a fact, then your correct. WAYYYY too much.

Facts are facts. When people tell me they are sick of the bs.. Its a fact, not my opinion that I am hearing it. When they say they are finished because they are sick of it...Same deal. THere have also been people on here and other boards saying exactly the same. Its also fact satisfaction is a main factor in retention and recruitment. Its also fact satisfaction has declined tremendously directly attributed to hr.

Also When people said theyd like to put a bullet in Alt and he had to start wearing a bullet proof vest, or when pgc is being sued....or prevented license fee increase.... Yet pgc thinks people are willing to go those extremes, yet people arent gonna quit because of those same fraction deer densities? Thats not fact. Thats not opinion.
